What's included with our Essential Design Package?  We include all of the basics you will need to decorate, furnish and style your room to a professional standard to create a space that you love. Every Essential Design Package will include:
  • 2 Hour Consultation (in-person @ Village Tile in Stouffville, ON)
  • A look and feel inspiration moodboard
  • A colour palette for your space
  • Pattern, texture and finish details including paint and wallpaper selections (if needed)
  • A furniture layout plan drawn to scale
  • One revision of your design or alternative product options (if needed)

Premium 2d plan package

:The Premium Design Package is perfect if you are looking to fully design and style your room to a professional standard, with added visualisations and floorplans to help you picture the final transformation. Our registered designer will be in touch throughout the design process to ensure you are happy with all of the little details. All you need to do is send over some photos and measurements and we’ll take it from there. 

  • A collaborate ideabook on Houzz for your design style and preferences

  • A colour palette for your space

  • Pattern, texture and finish details including paint and wallpaper selections (if needed)

  • 2D plan and elevation of your space to help you picture how it will look

  • An existing vs proposed 2D layout of the home with a description of spaces and full dimensions

  • A detailed furniture layout / construction plan drawn to scale for your contractors

  • A product moodboard with careully selected items for your space including all key furniture, finishes, lighting and accessories as needed with product specification and shopping links

  • One Revision of your design or alternative product options (if needed)

why should i choose this design service?

Not everyone is blessed with a flair for interior design and not everyone wants to pay the fees associated with hiring a professional interior designer to arrive at the perfect design.  Fortunately, this services is available to cater to those in need of conceptual designs for their upcoming projects without the hefty price tag.

how does this design service defer from conventional design services?

This in-house design service provides a budget-friendly approach, by asking clients to provide necessary photos and floor plans of their space.  From there our Registered Interior Design will walk you through the showroom and create a package showing finishes & fixtures for a clear preview of the final look.

how do i measure my spaces for this service?

  • Gather your tools: Tape measure, pencil and paper.

  • Draw a rough sketch of the room.  This does not have to be perfect, just enough to give us an idea of the shape of the room

  • Measure the length and width of the room.  Write those measurements on your paper.

  • Measure the height of the room: Measure from floor to ceiling and write this measurement down

  • Measure Doors & Windows: Measure the height and width of any doors and windows in the room and write these measurements down.
