Virtual Interior Design

Our virtual interior design program will assist our clients with their interior design challenges, including selection of materials and finishes, collaborating with builders and contractors, and designing custom pieces tailored to their home!

At designYYZ, we strongly believe that it’s important to plan as much as possible, as early as possible. Through our Virtual Design services, we first build your project digitally, work out every single detail and then build it perfectly in the physical world. With virtual design, planning and decision-making are at the beginning of the construction process, when it’s easier to reduce risk, assess performance, and mitigate cost.

Virtual design was created in response to the issue that comes from wanting to get the construction phase started quickly. This in result, causes the time spent during the planning and design phases to be limited. Thus, projects move forward without critical decisions being made, and construction teams are forced to make changes as the project unfolds, at which point there is limited control over the ripple effects of those changes.

Our Process

    (1) PRECONSTRUCTION

    The foundation of a healthy, happy home begins long before building. We consult closely with our clients, architectural experts, and interior design team to mitigate risk, manage time, and accurately develop objectives.
