INITIAL CONSULTATION
Complimentary meeting to ascertain the brief, cover feasibility, planning issues as well as vision, outline budget and timescales.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE
Draft layouts illustrate the use of space, structural modifications and furniture layouts. Moodboards to demonstrate proposed interior scheme, draft cost plans and outlined programme.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
designYYZ will refine the approved schematic design work and prepare Design Development drawings and other documents to fix and describe the size and character of the interior construction of the Project including special design features to be incorporated into the floors, walls, partitions and ceilings.

CONTRACT DOCUMENT PHASE
Based on the approved Design Development submissions, and further adjustments in the scope of the Project authorized by the Owner, designYYZ Inc. shall prepare Construction documents consisting of detailed Plans, elevations, sections & custom millwork drawings are completed. Schedules, Specifications and other documents are provided to ensure a smooth procurement and construction process.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
The Contract Administration Phase will commence with the award of one or more Contracts or the issuance of one or more purchase orders and will terminate upon completion of construction.
